I leave on the 28th of January for Xiaolan in the Zhongshan province of China. I will be there five months teaching 4-8 year olds English. I am very excited. I am also going with my cousin Raychel and friends Emily & Jadie.

How can you eat something that looks at you?
ReplyDeleteI like how they try to hide/cover the head with lots of green so it looks fancy and less scary. I am impressed, I don't know if I could eat something that looks like it is still living! You rock!

The real question were all wondering is what does a chicken head taste like? Does it still taste like chicken? I mean how can squishy eye balls and hard beaks and crunchy brains taste like chicken? Your going to be a size negative one when you get back if all they feed is chicken heads.
